What Does Oura Measure?

Your personal health metrics are wrapped up into three simple scores: Readiness, Sleep, and Activity.

To generate your scores, Oura prioritizes nighttime measurements, which are key indicators of your current body status. As daytime readings are more likely to reflect daily stressors or lifestyle variables, nighttime is the best opportunity to get an accurate representation of your overall well being due to your body being in a consistent state.
