SPONSOR: ŌURA “Every Move Counts With Oura Challenge” (the “Challenge”) is sponsored by Ouraring Inc. and/or its Finish affiliates (“Sponsor”). The Challenge is administered and conducted in partnership with Strava, Inc. (“Strava” or “Administrator”), which hosts the Challenge on its platform. Strava is a promotional partner only and is not a co-sponsor of this Promotion. All decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, and prize fulfillment are made solely by Sponsor. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Challenge should be directed to Sponsor, not Strava.

CHALLENGE PERIOD: This Challenge begins June 8, 2026, 12:00 a.m. (midnight) local time and ends July 6, 2026 11:59 p.m. local time (the “Challenge Period”). This Challenge starts and ends based on each participant’s local time zone. These Official Rules will be published and made available beginning June 1, 2026. Entries submitted before or after the Challenge Period will not be eligible.

ELIGIBILITY: The Challenge is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and who meet all of the following requirements at the time of entry:

  1. Are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater);
  2. Have a registered Strava account and have downloaded the Strava mobile application (”Strava app”) (FREE TO SIGN UP);
  3. Have joined the official “Oura” community on Strava prior to or during the Challenge Period; and
  4. Are not employees, officers, directors, or agents of Sponsor, Strava, Inc., or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, or any other person or entity involved in the development or administration of this Challenge, or members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or persons living in the same household.

HOW TO ENTER:

STANDARD METHOD: To enter, eligible participants must, during the Challenge Period:

  1. Log in to the Strava app;
  2. Join the official “Oura” community on Strava (if not already a member); and
  3. Log a cumulative total of at least one hundred fifty (150) minutes of Qualifying Activities (as defined below) using the Strava app during the Challenge Period.

Activities must be recorded and visible within the Strava app. Manual entries are permitted at Sponsor’s discretion. Each eligible participant may earn one (1) entry into the drawing. Multiple accounts per person are prohibited; any participant found operating multiple accounts will be disqualified.

QUALIFYING ACTIVITIES:

“Qualifying Activities” means the following activity types as recorded in the Strava app during the Challenge Period:

Ride; Alpine Ski; Backcountry Ski; Hike; Ice Skate; Inline Skate; Nordic Ski; Roller Ski; Run; Walk; Workout; Snowboard; Snowshoe; Kitesurf; Windsurf; Swim; Virtual Ride; E-Bike Ride; Velomobile; Canoe; Kayaking; Rowing; Stand Up Paddling; Surfing; CrossFit; Elliptical; Rock Climb; Stair-Stepper; Weight Training; Yoga; Handcycle; Wheelchair; Virtual Run; Sail; Skateboard; Golf; Football (Soccer); Badminton; Basketball; Cricket; Dance; E-Mountain Bike Ride; Gravel Ride; HIIT; Mountain Bike Ride; Padel; Pickleball; Pilates; Racquetball; Squash; Table Tennis; Tennis; Trail Run; Virtual Rowing; Volleyball.

Activities must be recorded using the Strava app and must reflect genuine physical activity. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any activity that appears to be fraudulent, artificially inflated, or generated by automated means.

WINNER SELECTION: On or about July 31, 2026, Sponsor (or its designated administrator) will conduct a random drawing from among all Eligible Entries received during the Challenge Period resulting in one (1) Winner resident in the United States. Each Participant who has completed the Challenge Requirements will receive one (1) Eligible Entry into the draw for the prize. If no Eligible Entries are received, Sponsor reserves the right to not award a prize. The random drawing will be conducted using a verifiably randomised computer-generated selection process or by an independent third party. Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the winner verification date using the email address associated with their Strava account. If a selected winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts (at least two attempts by email over a period of seven (7) days, fails to respond within fourteen (14) days of the first notification attempt, or is found to be ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Challenge Parties will not be responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, incorrect, or postage-due entries; lost, late, or misdirected prize notices; or any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Challenge, or announcement of the prize. In the event of any such error, Sponsor and Administrator reserves the right to cancel or modify this Challenge in a manner deemed appropriate by Sponsor and Administrator, at their sole discretion.

ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE: The winner will receive one (1) Oura Ring 5 (color, and size to be selected by Winner, subject to availability), with a manufacturer’s suggested retail value of $399.00-$499.00. The prize may not be transferred or assigned. Taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The total ARV of all prizes available to be won for the entire Sweepstakes: $399.00-$499.00. One Prize per person. A subscription to Oura Ring platform and software is not included with the award of an Oura Ring 5 or any other prize. The Sponsor estimates that a total of one (1) Oura Ring 5 units will be made available through the Challenge, but the Sponsor may increase or decrease the total number of winners and prizes made available in its absolute discretion. Each winner may be required to return a signed affidavit of eligibility and waiver of liability and publicity release (unless prohibited by law), or the prize may be forfeit.  By claiming the prize, winner consents to Sponsor’s use and modification of winner’s name and likeness in connection with the Challenge.

The awarding of each prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. By participating in this Challenge, each participant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and all instructions provided by the Sponsor, as applicable, including, without limitation, all eligibility requirements, and understands and agrees that the results of the Challenge, as determined by the Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, third-party prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and any entity involved in the production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Challenge (collectively, the “Challenge Parties”) Any violation of these Official Rules may, at the Sponsor’s discretion, result in disqualification. The results of this Challenge are final and binding in all respects.

PRIVACY AND USE OF INFORMATION: Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use the winner’s entry, name, other identifying information, and any statements regarding this Challenge for editorial, public relations, promotional, and advertising purposes on behalf of the Sponsor without compensation. All entrant information, including e-mail addresses, is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policies, available at https://ouraring.com/privacy-policy. By entering the Challenge, you agree to Strava’s Terms of Use (https://www.strava.com/legal/terms) and Privacy Policy (https://www.strava.com/legal/privacy), which are incorporated by reference herein and made a part of these Official Rules.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Challenge mechanics stipulated in these Official Rules, to the extent deemed necessary by the Sponsor. If the operation, security, or administration of this Challenge is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraud or a technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend this Challenge to address the impairment and then resume the Challenge in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Challenge or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of this Challenge may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Challenge should be directed to the Sponsor.

RELEASE: Entrants understand that the Challenge Parties not liable for losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in this Challenge or acceptance of the prize. By participating, each entrant and each winner releases each of the Challenge Parties, and agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability with respect to the prize won and participation in the Challenge. Release and hold harmless Sponsor, Strava, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties“) from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or liability of any kind arising from or relating to participation in the Challenge or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by the law of the participant’s jurisdiction of residence;

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES: This Challenge is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to any principles of conflict of laws. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Challenge will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by a state or federal court having situs in San Francisco, California. Each entrant irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of such court in connection with any such dispute. The Sponsor is not liable for any consequential, indirect, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for attorneys’ fees.

SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR: The Sponsor of this Challenge is Ouraring Inc., 415 Kearny Street, San Francisco, CA 94108. The Administrator of this Challenge is Strava Inc., 208 Utah Street, San Francisco, CA 94107.
