Health Radar
It’s on your radar

Meet Health Radar
A suite of features designed to continuously monitor your biometrics for patterns worth noting, so you can stay proactive about your health.*

Blood Pressure Signals
Understand shifts and patterns that may indicate cardiovascular strain
Blood Pressure Signals appears only when Health Radar identifies patterns that may indicate cardiovascular strain. If it notices a shift, you can see what’s changed over time, review key biometric trends from the past 30 days, and get guidance on next steps.

Nighttime Breathing
Spot breathing disturbances that may be impacting sleep quality
Nighttime Breathing gives you a 30-day view of your sleep-related breathing patterns, helping you see when changes may be affecting your rest and overall health. It will also prompt you when further evaluation may be worth considering.

Symptom Radar
Get early alerts for signs of common respiratory illnesses
Symptom Radar scans for signs of strain and can provide early alerts, sometimes before symptoms of a respiratory illness like a cold or the flu are even felt. It's helped Oura Members prioritize rest and recovery since it was first introduced to the Oura App.
