Rebecca Robbins, PhD, Sleep Scientist & Oura Advisor

Dr. Rebecca Robbins is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Adjunct Research Fellow at Brigham and Women's Hospital. She is a sleep specialist, author, and entrepreneur, and received her PhD in Health Policy and Management from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where her research focused on sleep and its effects on health. Rebecca Robbins is also a clinical researcher and has conducted studies on various aspects of sleep, including the impact of sleep on cognitive function and athletic performance. She is the co-author of the book "Sleep for Success!" and the co-founder and chief scientific officer of Sleep for Success, a company that provides training and tools to help individuals and businesses improve their sleep habits and performance. She works to promote the benefits of healthy sleep and inspire individuals to make positive changes to their sleep habits to improve their health and well-being.
