Consider Oura’s Explore content your one-stop shop for a growing multimedia catalog of wellness resources.
Now located in the menu in the upper left-hand corner of the Home screen, Explore content contains guided meditation sessions, breathing exercises, and health information from Oura’s internal experts and partners, including Headspace.
Currently, members have access to more than 50 guided audio sessions to help you reduce stress, fall asleep faster, feel more energized, and more.

Explore Content
In the Explore content library, you’ll find four categories of content: Meditate, Breathe, Sleep, and Learn. Tap “See All” on any selection to see available content for that category.
Meditate and Breathe sessions can be used with background soundscapes.
The Sleep category contains a variety of meditations and stories to prepare yourself for sleep, which can each be used with background soundscapes.
In the Learn section, you’ll find research-backed education and guidance, with an evidence-based approach to learning about sleep, recovery, and your body.
Post-Session Feedback
Sessions with the icon offer post-session biofeedback, such as heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate (RHR), and skin temperature variation.
If your selection offers post-session feedback, you’ll need to remain still for at least five minutes to receive results. If you move too much during your session, Oura won’t be able to accurately collect your body signals. Your ring and app must also be connected throughout the session duration (Airplane Mode must be disabled).
If you’re taking an unguided session, you can manually choose any desired length from 1-180 minutes, or choose to do an open-ended session with no time limit. You can start an unguided session by hitting the + button on the home screen or directly from the Meditate library.
