Now available on Android and iOS, Oura Labs serves as an innovation hub where members, researchers, and the Oura team can collaborate to develop trailblazing new features that change the way we think about health.
At Oura, we’re committed to continuously advancing scientific and medical research, so we can make a difference in our members’ health and overall lives. Analyzing member feedback and aggregated data is an integral part of our science and product development, both for improving existing features and building new ones.
We're grateful to the members who have provided thoughtful feedback on our initial Oura Labs features, which we are already using to iterate and improve on those features.
Custom Women’s Health Model
Rolling out to members starting February 24, 2026.
The custom women’s health model is a specialized version of Oura Advisor, designed specifically to answer women’s health questions with more personalized guidance grounded in clinical research. It’s built for female physiology first, especially those using Cycle or Pregnancy Insights.
When you ask about topics related to women’s health, such as menstrual cycles, trying to conceive, pregnancy, or perimenopause, your question is automatically answered by our model. It can help you interpret your Oura data in context, recognize patterns across different reproductive phases, explore lifestyle adjustments through a women’s health lens, and feel more informed and confident before speaking with a trusted healthcare provider. All other questions continue to be answered by Oura Advisor.
The model was designed and vetted by Oura’s in-house clinical team to better reflect women’s unique physiology and lived health experiences. It has been trained on a verified selection of sources curated by board-certified OB/GYNs, including OB/GYN textbooks, peer-reviewed research, and professional guidelines for women’s health topics.
You’re in control of your data, and your conversations remain private and secure. The custom women’s health model is hosted on Oura-controlled infrastructure. We do not sell or share your conversations, and we do not use your chats to train public or third-party AI systems.
