Oura was founded on the values of being Human First, Earning Trust, and Aiming Higher. With these values in mind, I’d like to personally apologize to our members and potential members for the unacceptable delays many of you have experienced after purchasing Oura Ring. 

The last few months have been extraordinary and unexpected for us. The demand for Oura Ring is higher than we anticipated, and it’s taking time for us to catch up. I want to assure you that we have been working around the clock to build more inventory to get your ring packed and shipped. 

Despite stockpiling significant quantities of inventory, the combination of demand resulting from the holiday season, HSA/FSA eligibility, interest in new features like Daytime Stress and Resilience, and expanded partnerships with Natural Cycles, Flo, Glow, and Clue all led to much higher demand than anticipated. On top of that, while we had allocated inventory to our retail partners before we experienced shipping delays on our site, we understand the confusion and frustration at seeing us launch on Amazon this week.

We see and hear your frustration, and we are sorry.

Rest assured, we are building and shipping as quickly as possible while upholding our strict quality standards, and we are directly addressing longer delays. We ask for your patience while we resolve this situation, and we’re confident that your Oura experience will be worth the wait.
