The Today tab is still your single source of truth for making smart daily choices. We cut through the clutter to help you focus on “one big thing”—the most important score or insight you need right now. You get a clear, quick snapshot of your body’s readiness and any unusual key metrics.

Vitals: Metrics at a Glance

The Vitals section offers an intuitive, quick-glance view of your core health pillars—like sleep, stress, and cardiovascular trends—all anchored to your unique, personalized baselines.

Additionally, the new design system uses color to signal your body’s different states according to your biometrics, giving you an immediate visual signal of how you’re doing each day.

My Health: See the Big Picture

Want to understand your health journey over time? The transformed My Health tab gives you a clearer view of your long-term wellbeing. New visualizations of your health strengths, important trends, and opportunity areas will help you stay on track to live better, longer.

Additionally, a new Habits and Routines section helps you directly connect your daily behaviors (like a morning workout or early bedtime) to measurable health metrics. Now you can easily see what’s working and what’s not, empowering you to take proactive action towards your goals.

Smarter Than Ever: New Updates to Oura Advisor

Along with the app redesign, we’ve broadened the scope of data that our AI-powered Oura Advisor can interpret, making it easier than ever for you to connect the dots in your health. The latest update integrates more of your data from across the app, including sleep trends, activity changes, and even dietary insights from Meals.

For example, ask Advisor to analyze your new Habits and Routines in My Health, or work with Advisor to create a plan to reach your health goals. It’s like having a smarter health coach in your pocket, helping you understand the why behind your body’s signals.
