Alongside the launch of Oura Ring 5, Oura is unveiling a new portfolio of software experiences designed to make the Oura App even more proactive, personalized, and useful in everyday life.
New features include Health Radar, a proactive health monitoring experience, Live Activity Tracking, GLP-1 Insights, enhanced data privacy controls, and a better way to locate lost Oura devices.
These updates empower Oura Members with more ways to understand their health, stay connected to their routines, and take action with greater confidence.
Health Radar
Health Radar is a proactive layer to the Oura App that continuously scans your cardiovascular and respiratory signals in the background—surfacing only the patterns worth paying attention to, so you can stay ahead of your health, rather than react to it.
In addition to the existing Symptom Radar experience, Health Radar introduces two new proactive capabilities:
- Blood Pressure Signals continuously monitors shifts and patterns that may indicate cardiovascular strain, letting you know when your biometrics suggest a pattern worth looking into and helping you understand what it means and what to consider next.
- Nighttime Breathing gives you a 30-day view of your sleep-related breathing patterns — transforming night-by-night data into a longer-term picture with clear context on what you’re seeing and when it might be worth a conversation with a healthcare professional.
Additionally, in Oura Labs, Oura Members can test Counsel Health, an AI-enabled primary care platform that combines medical AI with licensed physicians.
Health Radar will begin rolling out in June 2026 to Oura Members in the US, UAE, and India with Oura Ring Gen3 and newer generations.

GLP-1 Insights
The average person on a GLP-1 juggles multiple different apps to track their dosing, side effects, weight, and biometrics. Oura brings it all into one place. GLP-1 Insights gives you a single, longitudinal view of your medication journey alongside your Oura signals, so you can see how your treatment and daily habits are working together over time.
GLP-1 Insights will begin rolling out in June 2026 to Oura Members in the US, UAE, and India with Oura Ring Gen3 and newer generations.

Live Activity Tracking
Now, you can start a workout directly in the Oura App and follow your key metrics in real time—including pace, distance, and heart rate—with lock screen widgets so your stats stay visible while you move.
Oura is also introducing improvements to Automatic Activity Detection, with better accuracy for more than 40 activities including low-motion workouts like pilates and yoga.
Live activity tracking will roll out starting June 4, 2026 to global Oura Members with Oura Ring Gen3 and newer generations.
