John Moses

John Moses is VP of Member Experience at Oura, where he leads the teams focused on supporting Oura's members, evolving the member experience, and using member feedback to help shape Oura’s products and services. He has more than 30 years of experience leading customer experience and operations teams across consumer technology. Before joining Oura, John held leadership roles at Google, Nest, HP, and Palm, including leading customer success and operations for Google Health and customer care for Google Hardware.
