Oura advisor Elissa Epel, PhD, discusses a recent model published by Psychological Review examining deep rest and its role for stress management.
After comparing five consumer wearables, researchers from the National University of Singapore concluded that Oura Ring was the most accurate consumer sleep tracker.
Oura was shown to be more accurate at detecting sleep and wake than other lower-cost wearables. Additionally, Oura was the least prone to misclassifying motionless wake as sleep.
