Today, Oura announced that our suite of proactive and contextual health features, including Health Radar and GLP-1 Insights, will be available in over 30 new markets. Rolling out over the coming weeks, members across the European Union, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and Saudi Arabia will have the opportunity to understand a fuller picture of their health, from better understanding their cardiovascular health to shedding light on how their unique bodies respond to GLP-1 receptor agonist medications.

“At ŌURA, we believe that no matter what health journey you’re on, you should be empowered to understand your unique physiology, and how it changes over time,” said Dr. Ricky Bloomfield, Chief Medical Officer at ŌURA. “Health Radar and GLP-1 Insights are two distinct experiences that shed light on areas of health that can go unnoticed. Bringing these experiences to new markets means we’re giving more members around the world the tools to have informed, proactive conversations with their healthcare providers about their wellbeing, helping them to live healthier, longer.”

Health Radar

Building on Symptom Radar, which launched in 2024, ŌURA is expanding access to Health Radar — a range of experiences within the Oura App that help members take better proactive care of their health. Where Symptom Radar helped members recognize when something felt off, Health Radar goes further: continuously monitoring key biometric signals in the background to surface patterns members should pay attention to. Designed in collaboration with more than 40 in-house M.D.s and Ph.D.s, Health Radar is grounded in two foundational capabilities — blood pressure signals and nighttime breathing — giving members clearer guidance on when rest, lifestyle adjustments, or evaluation by a healthcare professional may be warranted.

Blood Pressure Signals

At the heart of Health Radar is Blood Pressure Signals — ŌURA’s most significant step yet into cardiovascular health. One of the most important yet hardest-to-detect indicators of long-term health, blood pressure is often invisible until something goes wrong. ŌURA changes that by continuously detecting shifts and patterns that may indicate cardiovascular strain, helping them take preventative action, understand what it means, and navigate potential next steps.

Nighttime BP and Cuff Inputs

In addition to Blood Pressure Signals, Nighttime BP and Cuff Inputs are now rolling out to members across these global markets. Sitting alongside the Health Radar experience, these tools give members a more continuous, contextual view of their cardiovascular health.

Nighttime BP is a wellness feature that surfaces how members’ blood-pressure-related patterns shift during sleep — when the body tells its clearest story. Free from the noise of daily life — activity, stress, and caffeine — sleep is when an important pattern can surface. Blood pressure should naturally drop overnight, and when it doesn’t consistently, it can be a sign of cardiovascular risk that daytime readings may miss. Measuring overnight PPG signals, Oura can identify blood pressure dipping patterns, surfacing long-term trends that can shed light on heart and blood vessel health.

ŌURA also enables members to log manual cuff readings directly in the Oura App — connecting real-world measurements back to their ongoing trend data to inform lifestyle changes or a conversation with their clinician.

Nighttime Breathing

ŌURA includes Nighttime Breathing in Health Radar to help members understand how sleep and breathing patterns may impact their overall health. With Nighttime Breathing members get a 30-day rolling view of sleep-related breathing patterns and disturbances, building on the nightly breathing regularity card members already see and transforming night-by-night data into a longer-term picture — with clear explanations and guidance to help members understand when breathing changes may be impacting sleep and whether further evaluation by a healthcare professional may be warranted.

GLP-1 Insights

With global adoption projected to surpass 100 million people by 2030, the average person using a GLP-1 medicine often juggles several apps to track dosing, side effects, weight, and biometrics. ŌURA brings it all into one place.

With GLP‑1 Insights, ŌURA gives members a single, longitudinal view of their medication journey – combining dosing, user side‑effect tracking, and weight tracking with key ŌURA signals like Sleep, Activity, Readiness, and stress. Members can log doses and schedules, capture how they’re feeling, and track weight and body changes in one place, creating a clearer, holistic record of their journey. ŌURA is one of the only wearables to bring dosing context together with continuous, scientifically validated biometrics in a single experience — turning months-long experience into clear, data-driven insights that can inform conversations with healthcare providers.

Availability and markets

GLP-1 Insights, Health Radar, Nighttime BP and Cuff Inputs will be available in over 30 new markets, including all European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, and Saudi Arabia. The features will begin rolling out to members from October 6, 2026.

Health Radar features, Nighttime BP, Cuff Inputs and GLP-1 Insights are available on iOS and Android for members with an Oura Ring Gen3 or newer.
