Accessibility statement for the Oura online store
This accessibility statement applies to the Oura online store and was published on July 14, 2026. The description of the service's accessibility is based on self-assessment and an evaluation conducted by an external expert organization.
This online store allows consumers to browse and purchase Oura rings, accessories, and Oura Membership plans online. The service is intended for private customers and supports the main steps of the purchase journey, including exploring products, selecting a ring and size, adding items to the cart, completing checkout, and managing membership-related purchases and account actions.
We strive to ensure that our services are accessible in accordance with the Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019) and the EU Web Accessibility Directive. This accessibility statement outlines the known issues in the accessibility of the service and provides instructions on how to send us feedback or improvement suggestions regarding accessibility.

Non-accessible content
The following content and functions do not yet meet the requirements of WCAG levels A and AA. We aim to address the key issues by October 31, 2026.
Header
- There are issues in the implementation of the mobile menu. The menu elements are not described correctly on all technologies. Focus can leave the menu when it is open. (4.1.2), (2.4.3)
- There are minor issues in the implementation of the shopping cart element. The visible label and accessible name do not match. The element's role is not descriptive. (2.5.3), (4.1.2)
Footer
- The error and success messages for the email subscription are not conveyed programmatically. (4.1.3)
- The image with a link does not receive a visible focus. (2.4.7)
- Footer headings are not marked as headings. (1.3.1)
- Information about external links is not conveyed programmatically. (1.3.1)
Payment method section
- In a mobile view, the payment method section moves and does not have a mechanism to pause, stop, or hide the motion. (2.2.2)
Image links
- The visible link text does not match the accessible name of the links. (2.5.3)
The entire service
- There are deficiencies in the cookie settings. The focus does not move directly to the cookie settings when opened. Visible names and accessible names of the radio buttons do not match. The accessible names and visibly hidden texts include some English content that does not have the correct language attribute. (2.4.3), (2.5.3), (3.1.2)
- The contrast between the text and the background is not always sufficient. (1.4.3)
- The contrast of the keyboard focus is sometimes too weak (1.4.11)
- There are links in the service that may be unclear to users who use assistive technologies. (2.4.4)
- The language is not always programmatically specified correctly. (3.1.2)
- Some text alternatives are in English. (3.1.2)
- There are occasionally some issues with the focus order on mobile screens. (2.4.3)
