Artificial Intelligence ("AI") Disclosure
We may use certain AI-powered tools to assist with the recruitment and interview process. We may use AI-powered tools to review application materials, such as resumes and candidate-submitted information, against role-related criteria to help organize, prioritize, and evaluate candidates consistently. These tools do not make final hiring decisions, and any AI-generated recommendations or assessments are reviewed by a human evaluator. Before your interview begins, if applicable, you will be informed that AI will be used to record and assess your responses. Your participation in the AI-assessed interview is voluntary. The AI interview tools support the recruitment process, such as by recording and summarizing interview conversations, organizing candidate information, applying evaluation criteria to assess candidates consistently, and generating aggregated insights to improve the overall quality and fairness of hiring decisions. These AI tools do not make final hiring decisions. All AI-generated assessments, insights, notes, and outputs are independently reviewed by a human evaluator before any employment outcome is decided.
