Any finger on your hand is good. We prefer wearing it on the non-dominant hand, but it automatically applies to your selection of hand by adjusting activity algorithms accordingly.
Ōura will be available in US sizes 6–13. Colors available are Mirror Black, Arctic White and Stealth Black.
Ōura is made of a high-tech, scratch resistant ceramic compound called Zirconia (ZrO2). The inside molding is made of medical grade, non-allergenic, nickel free, non-metallic material that makes the ring feel very comfortable and soft on finger.

Ōura comes in a ring box that is also the charger. Just place your ring in the box to start charging. A dim white led light indicates the charging status.
You need to charge the ring once every three days, for only 30-60 minutes.
Another alternative is to charge the ring 15 minutes daily: place the ring in the charger in the morning or evening while taking a shower or eating breakfast. Make it a habit and wear the ring at all other times. The charging box is a design item that looks good displayed anywhere.

Yes, your Ōura will stay up-to-date with updates that are suggested by the mobile app when available. Also the ring’s firmware software updates automatically through the mobile app when necessary.

Once you’ve selected your ring color and placed your order, we’ll send you an ŌURA Ring sizing kit. This sizing kit contains eight plastic sample rings in sizes 6 – 13. This will allow you to determine which finger will be the most comfortable for you to wear your ŌURA Ring.
We suggest you wear the sample ring for a full 24-hours to make sure it doesn’t interfere with your daily activities.
Once you’ve determined which finger works best, please email email@example.com and let us know which size ring you’d like and your order number and we’ll pack and ship your ring.
Once you are done with the ŌURA Ring sizing kit, we encourage you to share it with friends or colleagues and tell them to do the same. We’d like to think these sizing rings will make their way around the world, helping people sleep and perform better.
